Day 2 started out with a trip to see the Britto statues then we were on our way to the Foods of New York Greenwich Village food tour. I have always heard great things about food tours, so I was pretty pumped to go on my first one! We had delicious NY style pizza, olive oil, some sort of Italian risotto ball, cauliflower/date dish, a smattering of food at a Mediterranean place, a chocolate cookie, cheese samples, and a cannoli.
Everything was delicious! We learned all about Greenwich village restaurants as well as history-- including the skinniest apartment in the area! It's 9 feet wide, 3 stories tall, and is on the market for $4 million. Our guide was very knowledgeable and for 3.5 hours of food and history, it was definitely a good deal!
After our tour, we headed back to Jackie's apartment where we all got ready to go see The Newsies on Broadway! It was an amazing show was wonderful dancers!!
After the show, we went back to Greenwich Village to meet up with Jackie and her boyfriend and some friends. We ended the night at Molly's Cupcakes!

Now you've got me wanting to go to NYC again!
