Welcome to Casa de Cash! We will be living in this cute little house (renting, of course) in a few short months after our lease expires here. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is in a great neighborhood-- it's a perfect amount of space and we are so excited to have a nice place to walk Patriot. Stay tuned for posts on "how to turn a 40+ year old rental house into your dream home or at least something you can stand for a year or two." We can't wait to move in!
And that means a lot of stuff will be leaving my upstairs:)!!!
ReplyDeleteWe bought a 40+ year old house back in October, and you would be amazed what you can do to "make it your own." Even though it will be a rental, you'll love the "old neighborhood" feeling!
