Friday was Baylor Night at the Rangers game!! We thoroughly enjoyed the game (vs. Mets) and even saw a few Baylor friends. Of course Nathan had to have a hot dog, peanuts, and a Coke (he and his dad traveled the Northeast his senior year in high school and went to 9 baseball games and had that same food combo at every stadium).
To finish off the Rangers' win, they had a great fireworks show! The finale was to "Firework" by Katy Perry (which will always remind me of Chris jamming at his and Sarah's wedding reception).
Saturday, Nathan, Patriot, and I went to Turtle Creek to walk around. We got out of the car and Nathan realized he had his fishing pole with him (my sweet sweet angler), so he fished while Patriot and I walked around the park. He caught about 10 teeny tiny fish and after he taught me how to cast, I caught one too!

So glad they allowed the fireworks after the game. They were phenomenal the game we went to!
