Waco and Salado

Nathan and I not only had birthdays this month, but so did Mr. Patriot!  He turned 11 so we celebrated with a kid's ice cream cone from McDonald's.  He just loves to eat ice cream, especially in a cone.  He licks the ice cream just like a person and nibbles at the cone until the very end, when he gobbles the last bite.  Funny dog.

A few weekends ago when we went to Waco for a Baylor football game, we stayed with the George's at their rent house (Patriot loved their patio!  He thinks he needs one in Dallas now.) and enjoyed seeing my parents there as well.

Saturday morning, Cayla, Sarah, and I went to the Athletics building to see the Heisman trophy which was really neat and then we were off to Salado!

Cayla and Sarah are great shopping buddies--- we went to a lot of different girly stores filled with home decor, jewelry, and lots more.  They even had Christmas decorations up which was a little crazy (but fun)!  We had lunch at a cute tea room and enjoyed the small town of Salado before heading back to Waco for the game.  Love having fun girlfriends to enjoy shopping and just sweet girl time together!

  1. When Patriot comes to Camp Sugar Land during your upcoming trip, he will definitely be going to Dairy Queen:)
