Jordan's Graduation

Jordan (Nathan's cousin/my cousin-in-law) graduated from University of Mary Hardin-Baylor last weekend!  We all drove down to Belton on Friday after work and met the family (18 of us) at BJ's for some dinner.  We celebrated Mother's Day (we got Nathan's mom AND my mom a cuuuute jacket from Ann Taylor Loft) and got to catch up with everyone.

Graduation was Saturday morning (Jordan's going to get his Masters now while working at a church in San Antonio-- very exciting!) and then we all celebrated at Olive Garden afterwards.

Ryan, Marybeth, me, and Nathan
Marybeth and Ryan live verrrry far away from each other, so it was special for everyone to be in the same city for a few days!

After graduation, some of the gang went down to Tyler to hang out at Nathan's grandparents' house for the rest of the weekend.  It's always very relaxing when we go there-- Nathan fishes all day with Gangan and his dad (even Ryan joined this weekend!), I help Mimi and Sue Ellen in the kitchen (or attempt to), we watch movies, play games and just relax.  This time we watched Temple Grandin (Jordan is actually in that since they used UMHB students) and The King's Speech.  I also learned how to play 42!  I feel like such an Aggie but apparently other people play it too...

It was a wonderful weekend to be with family!
